Where supply of goods is not possible, your payment details will be disposed of and no charge whatsoever will be made.

We reserve the right to accept or reject orders placed on the website or by any other means. Orders placed on-line will receive notification via email if we are unable to process the order. Rejection may be for a number of reasons including, but not limited to, goods no longer being manufactured by the supplier and goods currently being unavailable.

Delivery of goods subject to carriage which is charged at cost. Delivery is normally within 10 days, but within 48 hours where possible.

All products subject to VAT at the current rate. Prices also subject to negotiation on quantity.

Payment terms - cash (including credit or debit card) with order or 14 days from date of invoice for established customers. The title of the goods will remain the property of A and C Audio Visual until payment is received in full.
